Deliverability and compliance
New accounts can build and test immediately. Sending to an audience unlocks automatically once the sending domain's SPF, DKIM, MAIL FROM and DMARC records verify. A sender score (0-100) based on the last 30 days of bounces, complaints, opens and clicks keeps sending unlocked.
Permanent bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically, and every campaign and workflow email carries RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers. Definitions of these terms are in the email marketing glossary.
